Core Working Principle: Scientific Empowerment for Surface Modification
The flame treatment machine utilizes a specialized combustion system to mix flammable gases (such as propane and natural gas) with air in precise proportions, generating a stable, high-temperature flame jet. When the flame acts on the material surface, a series of physical and chemical changes occur: On one hand, the high-temperature flame rapidly removes impurities like oil stains and dust from the material surface, achieving surface cleaning; On the other hand, active particles (e.g., oxygen atoms, hydroxyl groups) in the flame react with the molecules on the material surface, breaking the original molecular structure and increasing surface polar groups—thereby significantly enhancing the material's surface tension.
The entire process requires no complex chemical agents and can be completed in just a few seconds to dozens of seconds. It is efficient and environmentally friendly, fully aligning with the green production concept of modern industry.
